DOG LICENSING
Dog licenses can be purchased at the Kent County Animal Shelter at 740 Fuller Ave NE or online here. Their phone number is 616-632-7300. Many veterinarians also provide this licensing service. Ask your veterinarian at the time of your pet's rabies vaccination to see if they are participating. The renewal date for dog licenses is based on the anniversary date of the rabies vaccination.
The Township issues dog licenses for Grand Rapids Township residents only.

Bring the following information to purchase a dog license:
- Current rabies vaccination certificate
- Proof of spayed/neutered status
- Driver's License or State ID
- Payment via check or cash
